The Classic Jazz Masters runners-up in Poland Traditional Jazz Festival
Local band The Classic Jazz Masters were invited to attend the 40th Annual Zlotatarka Jazz festival and competition held in Ilawa, Poland on August 13, 14 and 15, 2010.
This is one of the biggest festivals of its kind in Europe, hosting 35 traditional jazz groups from all over the World.
The Classic Jazz Masters did South Africa proud by receiving the runners up prize in a closely-contested competition held at the beautiful Louis Armstrong Stadium on the lake.
The group went on to entertain a dancing audience at the Jazz Band Ball the following evening.
The Classic Jazz Masters were interviewed by local media as well as broadcast on National television as runners-up.
