Burst Water Pipe and Nothing done for over 24 hours!

I wonder if you could be of any assistance.

I live in Johannesburg North and experienced a burst water pipe on the
street side on my water meter at approximately 09h00 yesterday.

Having phoned the call centre on the hour every hour from 10h30 up until 18h30, I eventually contacted my local ward councilor, Mr. Ralph Bittkau and the Jhb Water MD by telephone.

This morning 06h00, 21 hours after discovering the pipe, the water is
still gushing up into the air and all over the place.

We also are without water for domestic use – and it’s the weekend, so
what likelihood is there of the problem being addressed?

What is one to do!!!!
