Housebreaking and Assault!!!

I wish to place on record the following:

Yesterday (29th June) I was travelling in my vehicle up West Avenue, Ferndale in a Northerly direction between Wilde Amandel Street and Rocky Street at approximately 11 a.m. On entering West Avenue from Long Avenue I noticed 3 men walking slowly, side by side, up West Avenue in front of me. They were obviously unemployed being that time of day on a Monday morning, neither pushing trolleys for various collections nor appearing to be any hurry to get to a destination. As my vehicle approached from behind and passed them, they nearly got whip lash staring at my vehicle, one that they are very familiar with having taken it from my property, and one that is a distinctive colour with a distinctive and personalised registration.

It is with absolutely no doubt in my mind that these are the 3 men (2 men medium/tall one of which has a very dark complexion, and 1 quite short individual who was the one who tied me up and metered out the violence and threatened rape) that perpetrated the robbery and assault on myself in October last year. It is also with horror I see that these same 3 individuals still feel free to blatantly walk the streets of Ferndale, one assumes sussing out their next victim during daylight hours, within one kilometer of my home where they perpetrated a violent crime, and possibly several others in the block since.

I decided to turn around in Oxford Street and return to my empty home to put on the alarm/beams in the garden, which I had not done despite having to leave the property for the day, as the the garden beams tend to trigger false alarms in daylight with birds. I again passed these three individuals, who again stared at my vehicle and my passengers. It was unfortunate that this was all I had time to do, as I would have been late for a very important appointment with an oncologist for my young daughter who has been diagnosed with Stage III cancer which is a priority in my life at the moment, so I had no time to stop driving the car a second time and also make a phone call to yourself or Detective Motau for the next hour, by which time they would have been long gone from the area.

It is with great frustration that I give you this information, it is 4 a.m. and I cannot sleep as a result of this and other problems, but I hope that it is of interest and to hear from you in due course.
