Oh for the Good 'ol days...

Hi,

I was chatting to a lady domestic worker at a friend’s house. She was almost in tears explaining to me how she misses the “old days.” She explained how safe she was then, how there was always a bus to catch and how easy and safe it was for her to go to a hospital. Pointless looking back, I guess, but who knows, maybe she’ll be fortunate and our new president will make things “like they used to be?”
