Squatters at the Corner of Rhema and Shell Garage Intersection

I am not sure if i am in the right place, but maybe you could steer me or my complaint /concern to the correct people. on the corner of the rhema and shell garage intersection and going down rabbie toward the bridge along the rhema fence is an ever increasing amount of squatters.

In the mornings some actually have tents errected and fires going. i believe for every person black, white indian or coloured that have worked hard to live in a suburb that this is unacceptable and something needs to be done.

One cannot have people camping in every bush or ditch around peoples houses and the littering is a joke.

Please can someone shed some light on this issue
