Traffic lights out

Good day, I would like to lodge a complaint as the traffic lights at the intersection of Honeydew Road and Beyers Naude (Randburg) has been out since Monday November 21, 2011. There is still no points man at that intersection which causes big chaos especially in the afternoon round about 4pm.

This is really ridiculous as we as parents have a certain time by which we need to pick up our kids at school. They delay at that intersection is at least 30min to an hour max.

Can someone please assist at this intersection as this is calling for an accident waiting to happen!
