Gordon Cooper’s self defence course

Gordon Cooper will be conducting a self defence course on Friday May 28 from 5.30pm to 9pm at the Blairgowrie Recreation Centre. The class is limited to 10 to 13 persons, so you are assured of enough attention. The cost is R550 per person.

Gordon Cooper is a black belt in Aikido, and gained experience representing his country in both traditional and contact karate. He was also a member of a special military unit and team leader assigned to the protection of a former State President.

He was trained and qualified internationally by both RMCAT Founder Peyton Quinn and world famous FAST DEFENSE Instructor Bill Kipp. Their specific Self Defense System – originally founded more than 30 years ago by Matt Thomas – was recently voted "Number 1" in the world by Black Belt magazine.

This system currently forms the backbone of MODELDefense training.
