Join uShef Cooking School in Olivedale for a Moroccan fun cooking evening on March 11 from 6pm.
Moroccan food because of its history is a mosaic of colour and flavour combinations with hints of French, Portuguese, Spanish and North America. The Arabs have added their own fascinating blend of sweet and sour flavours to create dishes of pure opulence and sensuality.
