Robins Residents and Ratepayers Association AGM

Robins Residents and Ratepayers Association AGM will be held at the King's School, Robin Hills on March 10 at 7pm.
It is that time of the year again when RRRA invites all residents, tenants and interested parties, to attend the AGM.

They hope all residents will join and hopefully be willing to participate in the proceedings in a positive way. They are also looking for members willing to volunteer some of their time and skills to their resident's association. It is driven purely by community involvement.

The proposed agenda for the AGM is as follows:

 Opening
 Formalities and previous minutes
 Reports of the Chairman and Financial Report
 Appointment of Committee for year : 2010-2011
 Public conversation with the South African Police Services regarding crime in our area
 Proposal/Petition to be sent to the Johannesburg Council, regarding traffic
calming measures in the area
 Report back from the Councilors representing your interests
 General and Questions

Their proposal is to introduce a large number of speed control measures in our area. For this reason alone residents need to attend this meeting.
